A Mokoro is like a magic mode of transport that enables your journey into the mysterious and marvelous Okavango Delta. As a guest of the traditional Batswana community you travel in the swampy waterways in a traditional dugout canoe, floating your way into magnificent land forms where you camp for few nights. It’s here where you listen to the nocturnal species particularly lions filling African nights with their echoing roars. The local community guides leads you on game walks to discover the FAUNA and FLORA species both large and small. It is right here where you unfold, untold stories and share memories in the evenings as you sit around the camp fire under milking way where you see few planets some light years away, the early explorer navigating sign, southern cross and other beautiful constellation as well as cluster of stars. Identified as the world’s biggest inland delta covering 18 000 square km and respected as one of nature’s most rewarding wildlife areas, the 'Okavango' is a gift not to be missed.

Enjoy this rewarding adventure as a participation style safari, where you will erect your own simple camp and cook your pre-prepared meals over an open fire Or alternatively may choose an upgrade to a pre erected camp, with an assistant and chef cook.
